If you are looking for the best, look no further than John P. From the moment we met John we saw a hunger and passion for success that was off the charts. I first called John as we had met him thru a mutual friend just to go look at a property we had a slight interest in. He followed up continually with every question we had with a sense of urgency…. Im not talking next day or hours later, Im talking he would make calls on the spot and have answers to questions in 10 minutes. The response time was impressive. This would happen at 7 am or 10 pm. We finally landed on a number to purchase our next adventure. Now it was time to sell our house. I have never listed a house before- we have always sold FSBO and was not going to hire a realtor. But after talking with John and understanding the true potential of what our house was worth and what he would do to market our house we decided it would be best to list with him. Best decision ever. He spent hours with his team taking pictures, videography, had a drone flying around. The finish product of the marketing of our home was impressive. So impressive we had 2 over asking offers within 24 hours of listing our house! Fast forward to today. We took possession of our new home a couple weeks ago and have been moving in. The home transactions have been completed. But who do we get a call from…. John. Just checking in to see how we are doing. To see if we needed anything. To Maria and I that is everything. I’m not a review type of guy, i tell people in person what i think but i needed to do more for this. John P. Is a young professional in this business and one of the hardest working people i know. He is highly motivated and will go to great lengths for his clients. I will always highly recommend him to anyone even thinking about buying or selling a home. He answered my many questions, day or night, and always kindly and in a way I would understand. He made the process seem so much easier and less scary than I thought it’d be. Having a realtor who is encouraging and comfortable to be around makes a world of difference. It’s hard to believe he has so many clients, simply because he made me feel like a priority and he always made the time for showings and to answer questions, but at the same time I find it easy to believe that he’s a busy man with a lot of clientele because of how great he is and how highly everyone recommends him. Would HIGHLY recommend John to any buyer/seller/investor. My Fiancé and I just went through the process of buying our first home with him, and he made the process SO smooth for us! John stayed patient the whole time with all of our first-timer questions and was extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole process. John was also incredibly on top of everything from start to finish. He sent us plenty of listings in the beginning and checked in to see if we were interested in seeing any homes often! Then, once we found something, he was incredibly quick to help us schedule a showing. He then helped us come up with a very competitive offer to help us secure our first home. Towards the end of the process, he ensured we didn't have any questions about the closing process and that we didn't have any loose ends.
